STATERA is a no-link platform. We never access your streaming/service accounts, store login credentials, or connect to your bank.
STATERA restricts your financial records to your account through row-level access controls. Your commitments, assets, budgets, reminders, and snapshots are bound to your account and are not readable, editable, or deletable by other users or by administrators through the normal application interface.
What this means: Platform administrators do not receive blanket direct access to your financial records. Limited authorized access may occur through secured backend processes when required for support, security, legal compliance, or operation of the service. This privileged access is narrowly scoped to the specific operation being performed and is distinct from direct application-level access.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
